- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not, however we do have consistent fair pricing across the board. We follow a specific, fair and healthy procedure for bidding, pricing and performing jobs based on fixed percentages.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
That depends entirely on a customer's time of availability and time frame they need work completed. We love to meet and get to know customers and discuss their problems, however someone's heat failing in mid February leaves less time for talk. We never sacrifice professionalism with our solutions.
