Mr. Taylor was very knowledgeable and professional. He was on time and listened to my issues and got to work to resolve the issues. The machine had multiple issues that were costly to repair. He explained it would be cheaper to purchase a new machine. He said he could fix the old machine but couldn’t guarantee how much use I would get out of the machine. He was honest and helpful. I would definitely contact him again in the future.
