- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Monthly accounts will receive better pricing going behind someone else or unmanaged accounts will be harder to give the professional appearance my company strives for with every customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication is key. I always want to know the expectation from the beginning, from there is follow through and a re-assessment at the conclusion of the work to ensure a satisfied customer.
