FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My standard Pricing is per session. I charge $30.00 for one hour and 15 minutes. This includes warm up, workout, stretch and cool down.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I do a fitness assessment, I ask questions, have them sign some paperwork about my training. I do a squat assessment to show range of motion, flexibility and strength. I also take the clients blood pressure, pulse, body fat percentage and muscle density. All these things help me to determine their fitness level and where to start them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am NASM certified, I attended college for Nutrition and am an undergrad for Kinesiology. I am truly interested in the body and love science even if this wasn't my career. My first job out of high school was a fitness trainer, back in 1994. I have worked with athletes, obese people, senior citizens, the elderly, fit people, diabetics, high blood pressure, heart disease, multiple sclerosis, paraplegics. I have been exposed to many people so I had to learn how to help in different ways and be creative.
