- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is fair but we are not the cheapest alternative. We have a saying, “Good work is not cheap and cheap work is not good”. Our employees are professional and they do a great job. We have to pay them a competitive wage in order to keep the best workers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process is quite simple. We start off with an Estimate, Contract and we get started on the work as soon as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken multiple classes for Horticulture and Landscape Design online. I am always trying to perfect my craft.
