- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We accept most major insurance plans, leaving the out of pocket cost as your deductible amount or simply your copay. We also have a sliding scale for self pay clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We help to match you with the therapist who best fits your needs and schedule, then we verify your insurance to provide you the most accurate out of pocket cost as possible. You then begin your therapy relationship and work on accomplishing your goals!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our professional counselors have at least Master's degrees, and they are all licensed in their fields. We hire only the best counselors at Thriveworks because we always strive to provide our clients the best possible experience so they can achieve the best possible results in their lives.
