- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our standard pricing for weddings are listed on our website (kalifornia entertainment dot com). However, we usually almost always have promos and deals going on, and we work within most budgets (within reason). Our pricing models includes much much more for a standard low price where as other companies will charge you extra for enhancements or time limits.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet go over a contract and ask as many questions as possible so that the client can view our services and personality to see if it is a good fit for their needs or event. We absolutely hate and despise the pushy salesman approach, so we leave everything completely in the clients hands with ZERO pressure to sign with us. We encourage that they shop around and see what other DJ services might have to offer, because we are 150% confident that they will always come back to us and will not find a better offering or service for their money.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have years of experience working in high energy nightclubs, bars and large scale events where being able to read crowds and mix songs properly was extremely of importance in order to keep dance floors and venues packed with people from beginning to end.
