- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process begins with a conversation to explore our potential for working together. If we decide it's a good fit, we embark upon a process I call "Brand Voice Discovery." By documenting the voice of your brand, we achieve greater clarity, efficiency, and effectiveness. The first few times we work together, we might spend extra time in the editing process to ensure that we nail the voice, tone, and positioning you're going for.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been writing for print, websites, blogs, and social media for 13 years. While working at a marketing agency, I obtained training in search engine optimization, Google AdWords, Google Analytics, and WordPress. I learned HTML when I was 12, so I've been playing with code ever since. I have a passion for trying out new apps, platforms, and tools that might magnify the impact of my work. I'm also a content marketing nerd, constantly reading books and listening to podcasts related to the topic.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
My customers are so diverse! I've written well over 100 websites and managed campaigns for an incredible array of small and medium businesses. What my clients share is a passion for their work and a unique, meaningful message. I've provided content for agencies, B2B and B2C companies, authors, e-commerce retailers, medical offices, attorneys, accountants, candy companies, business coaches, personal stylists, travel companies, veterinarians, wealth managers, property managers, event planners, printing companies, charitable foundations, restaurants, drone companies, education institutions, and many, many more.
