- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After discussing on the phone or via email what the customer would like to do with their living space, we schedule an onsite estimate so we can price out how much their home project will cost. If the customer likes our estimate, we schedule a start date for their job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our Installation Specialist (Harold) has over 30 years of experience with construction and home remodeling. Our Design Specialist( Taylor) has a Bachelors of Science degree from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We are a father/daughter team. Harold has been in this line of work for over 30 years and Taylor has been working with him to learn the trade.
