Unfortunately, this crew is very inexperienced with how to properly paint a house. Did not use drop cloths until asked to, got paint all over brand new kitchen floors. Left drips of paint running down the wall, did not have clean lines, spot painted the trim then tried to pass it off as complete. Painted one color over another, could still see the old paint color coming through and said it was done. Left all of the materials, that we paid for, out over night. There is a cat at the house, got into the left out paint, and trailed paw marks all over the hard wood floors.
Had to be given direction multiple times, on tasks that any professional painter should know how to complete. When giving directions or asking questions, did not seem to receive the information or be able to articulate a response, other than get defensive. When approached about the concern of quality of work, claimed to have new trainees, which we did not discuss or agree to, then blamed the trainee for the sloppy work, instead of taking ownership as the foreman. Then defended the work as, not that bad.
Agreed to trim and body with no ceilings, but got paint on almost every ceiling. We now have to go back and redo all of the sloppy work that they did. Could not let this crew continue to destroy the house.

Day two we finished the first coats on the downstairs and the hall way. Day three we attempted to finish the job but you insisted to find someone else and not pay us. We cleaned up any spills on the floor and we were going to do the ceiling free of charge until you decided not to pay us. It was your choice to complete the job with a full occupied house and cats roaming the job site every 10 minutes. We then concluded that there would be no additional payments for your satisfaction.
