When i signed up for service they said that it would take 3 days to get my lawn cut. After 3 days. I called and they promptly sent an email saying that They were scheduled to cut my lawn on 5/24. I called at 6 pm. I was told that they had until sundown to come out and that there was no notice that my service was delayed. I recieved a notice that my service was not performed (duh) and they were looking into it. Still no word and they had the audacity to ask me to increase my services to weekly. I have since recieved a citation and fined for my overgrown lawn.
