- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on square footage, any repairs including damage to drywall, molding, etc, material being used (paint brand), any moving of furniture and if there are any aspects like cathedral ceilings, extensive trim work, etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet and develop a scope and discuss project. Submit a quote. Customer will pay a deposit, typically 30% down. Sign off on all project and supplies(paint color, etc..). Finish project. Go over all work and make any adjustments or corrections as agreed upon with customer. Customer pays balance. I submit a questioner to get feedback of the customers experience. Ask for reference.

I have owned and operated Elite Painting for 14 years and have extensive experience in all aspects of painting.
