FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All my prices are pretty much set prices at my business, except if I am doing freelance work. In that case I have packages and it also depends on how far I am traveling to get to the location, and how long I would have to be on site at the location.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with new customers, I try to explain their services as detailed as possible and ask them questions to ensure that I am providing everything they want out of the service. I have them fill out a consent form which also explains everything in detail and give them take home aftercare knowledge and or products to help with aftercare on services. I want to be able to give you exactly what you are desiring.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was certified as a makeup artist back in 2014 by GlamLab makeup studios and worked for them for a while as well being an instructor for their makeup classes. I then wanted to further my education and attended Paul Mitchell the school Sacramento to become a licensed esthetician. Upon receiving my license, I continue to receive education and took classes to get certified in eyelash extensions, eyebrow microblading, and spray tanning. I will continue to take any educational training I can to keep up on trends and to ensure that my clients are receiving the best services possible.
