- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not subscribe to cookie cutter pricing models. We offer a holistic approach that is specifically tailored to the customer's needs. This ensures that the customer's gains the most value from our services without being oversold on things they do not want or really need.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule an initial phone consultation for the discovery phase. During the consultation we compile as much information as possible about the customer's project and goals. We then provide customers with feedback based on our expertise and answer any questions they may have.
