- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have numerous specials that are designed to suit the varying needs of our customers. We also work with our customer to offer them specials that are customized to their unique requirements
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a customer contacts us for any cleaning or remediation needs, our friendly and knowledgeable staff will get the necessary information to guide them to the best service that will give them the results they expect from the service. We will then schedule the customer for a date and time that is most convenient for them. We will reach out the customer the day before of the appointment to remind them of their scheduled service. On the day of the service, our technicians will call customers 30 min ahead of their arrival. Up on arrival our expert and courteous technicians will evaluate the exact needs of the customer and offer their professional recommendations to get the best results. Once the customer decides what services they want to have done, the technicians will continue to provide the service and make sure the customer is fully satisfied before they leave. Once service is completed, our customer service department will do a follow up call to make sure the customer is happy with the service provided. We take great pride in our service and try our best to make sure every customer is happy with our service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All our technicians have minimum 5 years of experience in their respective area of expertise.
