Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: I have attained exceptional qualifications and professional experience that I utilize to provide you the following categories of top quality, cost-effective services through Thumbtack: • Project Management: All aspects of the Project and Program Life Cycle. I have initiated, managed, and transformed failing projects, programs, and initiatives involving numerous industries and professional disciplines, in the U.S. and internationally. I use the suitable Agile or traditional methods and apply the knowledge I’ve gained through my experience across a broad range of domains to help you achieve your objectives. • Writing: Assistant developing, reviewing, and improving proposals and grant applications, technical, management and informational documents, educational and training materials, etc. I have developed and managed the development of many prime contract, subcontract, and task order proposals and grant applications submitted to government agencies, commercial firms and NGOs. • Career Coaching: I typically use Kirton Adaption-Innovation (KAI) assessment as the starting point and individualize our plan based upon the results and your specific objective(s). KAI Theory is a way to understand how, at the most fundamental cognitive level, you perceive stimuli and information from the world, including communication from other individuals. It’s a practical and useful way to understand how you “see” and think about everything and contrast it with how others “see” and think about the same things – similarly or differently, how much, in what ways. By knowing your KAI characteristics and how to apply that knowledge you can make better individual career choices and decisions and significantly your professional relationships and leadership. The KAI Inventory is a standardized, internationally validated psychometric. It was developed during research and consulting on complex, highly interdependent relationships in organizations by the renowned British psychologist Michael Kirton. I am one of the few qualified and certificated practitioners in the U.S. I get great satisfaction from creating and assisting others creating new innovations and solving challenging problems. I enjoy new things and integrating them with my existing knowledge and experience to develop new innovations and solutions. It’s very satisfying to help my clients, see them benefit from my services, and achieve their goals.

I highly recommend Randy. He’s done several kinds of projects for us over time, including project management services, proposal development and writing, transition plans, and Kirton KAI assessment. The outcomes have always been excellent, on time and within budget. We will go back to him when we need outside help again in the future.
