They showed up on time and did the air duct cleaning less than an hour. Not knowing much about air duct cleaning as a new homeowner, I just had to trust them to do their job thoroughly. Later the day of the service, my husband came home and checked that some of the vents were not cleaned. And another contractor we hired for other jobs said the same thing. So I messaged them to confirm if the vents were cleaned, but they haven't responded. I wouldn't hire them again.

Do yourself a favor and hire Tim. He cleaned out ducts and fixed a few problems to do it. I went for a long time without hiring a duct cleaning service because the last one was so scammy and tried to up-sell me on obviously unnecessary extras. Tim is the opposite of that. He quotes a fair price and won’t try to up-sell you. He is also very responsive and punctual. We will 100% request his services again.

I had a bad experience with the air duct cleaning. Two very young workers came with attitude and didn’t even remove the air vent covers. When I called the owner, he just supported what they said and told me they couldn’t remove the covers because my house is old. But later, my husband was able to take off the return vent cover easily and showed them how it’s done. Very unprofessional and disappointing service. I do not recommend them.
