- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do need a credit card to hold the appointment ESPECIALLY if I'm traveling to where the client requested the appointment to be. Your card will ONLY be charged once the massage is completed or if the cancellation policy applies. (See below for Cancellation Policy) There is a cancellation fee: If the appointment is cancelled 45 minutes before the appointment time, then there's a 50% charge. No call, no show for appointment: full service charge There are discounts for buying massage packages; just ask me how it would work
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I do like to have a consultation with the client to see what they expect from the massage. I encourage feedback before, during, and after the massage to see if I can improve. I love getting feedback because that is what will make a better therapist in this industry.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to Baltimore School of Massage aka Steiner Institute where I spent a year studying different types of modalities of massage.
