This contractor was repeatedly late which cause him to fall behind and not meet the deadline we made he priced in that he would have a laborer to assist him no assistant ever came this man is very unorganized and spent a lot of time looking for his own tools.also damage stove refrigerator and microwave scratching the top of stove using my stove as his work bench he was supposed to cover everything when ask why he didn't he said it wasn't needed I confronted him several times about these things during the course of his work here my kitchen was in disarray at this time right before a major holiday so we indore it.also his left transmission oil all over the driveway. We had to have him pack it up.

In a case were the customer is not satisfied with the work performed any business owner will try to work with the customer and offer different options to satisfy the customer's needs. Unfortunately, this was not the case of poor service or an unorganized contractor. This is the case of a troubled and extremely rude customer who is obviously looking for an excuse to avoid paying for the work done. I have to emphasize that when the customer asked my husband to leave the premises, 95% of the work have been done, at that point, me a 5'2" tall retired nurse would be able to finish it. Also, I have say that the customer never complaint about damages to his appliances, even though my husband worked in his home for 4 1/2 days, until I sent an invoice for the balance owed. I offer to any home owner who I send a quote to,and read this review ( if it's still out there) to ask for our references, pictures from our work and the emails sent by Mr. Woods. I will gladly provide them to anyone who ask. I thank you for taking the time to read this.

I do. My wife is excellent doing online research, she compares the average labor costs from different providers in our area. When I do the visual inspections I present the home owner an estimate couple hundreds dollar below that average.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I grew up working in the family business since I was a teenager. Learned all aspects of building a home from start to finish.

From 4,000 sqf custom homes to multi family home owners to the average home owner.
