Introduction: I help the general population attain their personal fitness goals through one-on-one personal training and semi-private training. I start out with a thorough medical and readiness evaluation as well as an assessment. I want to get to know you personally as best I can. I want to know where you are and what you "know your why" so I can come up with the best map personally for you. I have personally been through this whole transformation process myself being overweight and having very low sense of worth or value so I can relate to where you are at mentally, and I want to give you all the support, coaching, and guidance I can through my experience and applied principle based knowledge. I am certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine for personal training and also corrective exercise. Continual knowledge of fitness, nutrition, mindset, and positive lifestyle habits are at my core values. I train at a private studio in Roseville which makes it a very personable experience with no monthly membership required for the gym itself.
