- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is no standard pricing in demolition or hauling work. As all job are different in size and what needs to be done to complete the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet customer at job site to look over scope of job so i can get the full expectaions of what needs to be done. To give a accurate bid. Get contract signed and collect deposit, Then at start of job introduce my team that will be working with me there to complete the job. Prep work area and start job. Clean up job site, make sure customer is satisfied with work preformed and collect final payment.

I recevied hands on training working in the family busniess over the last deckade.
