I was a pleasure working with Justin!! I just moved into a new place and was having trouble getting my new gas dryer installed. He made time to come and install the dryer within one day of me calling him. He had to rework a gas line that was not to code and hook up the vent that came apart after Home Depot tried to install. He did everything that Home Depot could not. His prices are very reasonable and he even checked out all the other gas appliances to make sure they were all functioning correctly. I will certainly have him back for more projects I have planned.Sep 5, 2018Verified

Justin and I met at the job for a quote. He was absolutely fine then and worked with me to get me what I was looking for quickly. He gave me the cost of the materials. We set the date, and I was to meet him to give him the deposit prior. He said he couldn’t make that meeting so I told him I would leave his deposit for him. He called later and told me materials were 25% more than the original estimate. My only question to him was “how were you so far off?” He made lots of excuses but the only thing he should have said was “sorry, i made a mistake.” I told him i was disappointed that it was higher, but it’s okay and we hung up. Five minutes later he texts me telling me to find another contractor and that he is going to return the materials. Very unprofessional and now I have to start over from the beginning.Nov 14, 2017VerifiedJustin W.'s reply
Alex like I originally said was a rough estimate plus or minus because you never actually had picked out a tile or really had much of a idea of what you wanted I quoted 350 plus or minus with no deposit it ended up coming out to 386 plus tax which is not far off. I was doing you a favor trying to help you out as you beat me down over 25 percent on my original quote on top of my hours spent searching for a tile for the price you wanted also shopping. and the excuses I made was me telling you what everything cost hope you find someone good luck.
He did a great job on installing my kitchen cabinets...his prices were fair.Mar 7, 2018Verified
Justin was great from the moment he walked in till the time he left, very professional guy, I could tell he knew what he was doing and made sure the job was done right 100 percent correct before he left. Both guys were easy to get along with and answered all of our questions and had great conversation as well I would hire them again in a heart beat thank you guysMar 4, 2018Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Unfortunately each and every project has its own unique tasks soo there is simply not a standard pricing for each project but quiality and affordibilty of our service is always on the forefront of our business.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? My typical process starts with meeting with the customer figuruing out there needs giving my professional recomendation coming to a price that is fincially feasable for both the customer and myself and profesionally managing and completing the project safely and timely to fufill the customers expectations plus some.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have over four years of schooling just in carpentry and project management alone atop of the multiple hours and training on the multiple other aspects of building trades and worked profesionally in the commercial field for ten years before transitioning into my own business endevor.
