Sirpa O. says, "Willam Bruce did an excellent job raising an area of floor in front of my fireplace it’s level with the rest of the living room. William made sure all the joists were perfectly leveled before installing the flooring on top (also excellent). He also did drywall installation. He told me there should be three coats of joint compound, the tape layer, the bed and the top coat, and you use green for tape and bed and blue for top coat! Who knew?!? And thin coats for less sanding and less mess (he brought plastic sheeting of course!). It was a joy to watch a professional at work! I have other work I want him to do so don’t hire him so he has time to do mine! Just kidding! He is the best worker I’ve hired in my whole life! He knows all the building codes too!"See more
