- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every company is different and pays their workers totally different, it’s not easy keep the same workers year round unless you pay them real well and the Customers are satisfied, pricing ranges, but one thing I like to do is keep it affordable to every customer
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is to enlighten them about the masonry work it self and help them understand the in and outs of this industry and to do things right the first time and not cut corners.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands on masonry experience, I have been their and done it.
