- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every customer usually has different needs so it's case by case. If it is a service I have performed before, I can usually just give you a quote right through thumbtack or over the phone. If it's a more specialized request, I'll typically come out to do a complimentary onsite evaluation and give you a price then.
