- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We customize each cleaning to exceed your expectations. Our belief is that if your not 100% satisfied with your cleaning, then we did something wrong! Every appointment is scheduled for an exact appointment time, with us calling even if we were as little as 15 minutes behind schedule. On arrival the technician will take a look at the areas you are interested in having cleaned, and get you an exact price together upfront, and in writing. So long as the price is agreeable, he is prepared to start cleaning immediately, and if the price is not agreeable it is a free estimate, and no charge on us coming out.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Being in the service industry, we take to heart the word service. We believe it is a great opportunity to not only serve our repeat customers, but new customers as well. We want all of our customers to believe they received the very best quality cleaning, at a fair price as well. We challenge you to challenge us, and if it is not the very best cleaning results then we want to hear back from you!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With a combined 75 years of industry experience, we continue to further educate ourselves on the latest methods and practices in the cleaning industry.
