- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is not influenced by the size of the home or the clients income. We don't inflate the cost and then offer a fake discount. Beware of "discount" providers. The quote you receive from S3painting is the price and it does not change unless the client chooses to add services. Also, we do not ask for money up front.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet with the customer and go over their project. We talk about color choices, and timelines. We then prepare a estimate and submit. Once the client accepts we schedule the job. We then over communicate to make sure the customer knows every detail of the jobs start date and time the goal for completion and the paint techs arrival times.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Scott S Smith earned his BA degree in communications from Elon University. Began learning the different trades hands on from electrical, plumbing, framing, tiling, drywall, carpentry & Painting. The company focuses on Painting and drywall repair since 2001
