FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rates are based around industry averages for my area. Most jobs have both shooting and editing hours accounted for in one quote. I'm always happy to discuss pricing to find a number that works with the clients budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Learning as much as possible about what the clients needs and wants are. Communication is my forte and I always make sure we're on the same page before work begins so nobody's time is wasted. Once the channel of communication is clear and open Its about getting the assets the client is looking for to them asap.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I took media tech for 3 years in high school and you can call Mr. Scott at Roswell High to confirm. Seriously though, I did not go to college to study art or photography or film. I have learned on the job and online. I pride myself on my communication and my mastery of my equipment to deliver products to my clients that meet or exceed their demands. Many of my clients are businessmen and women so I work frequently under the pressure of making the project work on time and under budget.
