- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Standard monthly pricing starts at $50 per month · Pricing includes one bank and one credit card statement · Each additional bank statement reconciled is $20 per statement · Each Credit card statement reconciled is $15 per statement Service Includes: Reconciling bank and credit card statements including: · Identifying missing entries. · Making sure entries are coded to correct ledger account. · Maintaining up-to-date accounts. · Preparing Bank Reconciliation Statement. For other services, such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll, the rate would be $20 per hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like the customer to explain what they feel is needed and how (if) it has been done previously. I can then make my own assessment and advise further.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am currently majority of the way through obtaining my Bachelors in Accounting. I needed to pause my education for time restrictions but I do plan to complete my degree sometime soon.
