Chef Gil is a joy to work with. His food is always delicious, consistent and appealing. You can tell in the end product that he takes pride in his work. I have used him for a corporate event with over 200 people as well as a personal event with 150 people. His staff is always professional and on top of things as well. l highly recommend him.
