- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Attention all new customers. Please include photos when possible to get a faster and accurate quote. Up to 400 sq ft is my minimum size. Deck Cleaning_99.00 to powerwash up to 400 sq ft Cleaners and stripers extra to remove old sealers and water based stains. TWP is a commerical grade premium sealer. For 400 square ft and less cost 299.00 includes materail and labor to apply. This is a spring specail.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If possible send a few pictures and the size of the deck or brick patio or cement or home. I will be able to work with pictures to start out. If not I must see it in person and I prefer to see the job, just to give a fair pricing. A call from the customer need to happen to start the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked with some of the top Michigan company's, in this trade I supervised and trained there employees and still do my own pressure washing company for about 20 years now.
