- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was fortunate to learn the art of cooking from a few very talented chefs at a early age. After finding the culinary arts as my true passion Noels Specialty Foods and Catering was created.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I had been a chef in a few high end restaurants in the Killington, Vermont area. After years of being cooped up and cooking inside I decided to start a catering service to experience cooking and serving outside.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We cater to everyone from large corporations to young adults looking to get married.
