Tom Coshow ran a War Game for my sales team and it was a great learning experience for the salespeople and management. Designing the game was a great process that taught us what we really knew about our value propositions. The game itself was exciting and we ended up a pages of feedback notes for the salespeople in the game. The game is something every new hire group will go through. It recreates the intensity of a real sales call.
