- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All our tech support and repair services cost a flat fee per appointment. Customers provide a card number up front to book an appointment, but we dont charge the card until after the service is provided. We also offer a guarantee that we will get the job done right on the first visit, while providing a convenient and comfortable experience.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers get started by telling us their location, the type of tech issue they need help with and when theyd like to set up an appointment. Then we connect them with one of our expert Techmates in their area, who will come to their home or office to perform the repair they need, when they need it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our Techmates are experts, with relevant training and experience for the types of devices they service. All of our Techmates must go through a background check, a personality test, and an in person interview to qualify. Whether they specialize in troubleshooting home networks or repairing damaged smartphones and tablets, we only work with the top-rated professionals.
