Introduction: My passion is to please my guests through quality food and presentation! I have over 28 years of experience in the culinary arts industry. I was taught by the very best of chefs and educated by the Le Cordon Bleu College and also by formal professional culinary arts programs. I have numerous awards and upon graduation, I earned a valedictorian award and voted by the chef instructors with most likely to succeed award, presented by the CBI. It's most rewarding to hear positive feedback from all that I serve. I enjoy seeing the excitement of my guests and the end result of satisfied clients and catered accounts. I know my guests are very pleased because they come back to me for all their catering needs. It's very satisfying to know people can count on me for all their catering needs and wants.
