Brenda did a fantastic job with my Resume, this was a resume written as Australian requirements and to meet that aspect special instructions were needed. I sent her the instructions and Brenda did a really good job very impressed, I would highly recommend Brenda any time.

Bridget and I met up in a casual setting. She was very sweet, and initially asked me questions about myself and what my interest were. This made the process easier for me, as I was able to express my desires even if they weren't exactly clear cut. She was extremely helpful in helping me edit out things that weren't quite important and also re-energizing information I already had in my current resume. To say the least we were able to shape and format a simple, but bold resume that I know will help improve my success at finding a career!

The resume I got from Bridget was impressive. My work history was not good, but she made me look like an employer's dream. I didn't know that I had so many qualifications, but I did. It was brilliant! I had been in the job market and going to caljobs for quite some time with no success. I went to Bridget for help. She met with me and got the whole picture of who I was and what I was all about... I think she was learning where I would be a good fit and what honest qualities to present in a resume. I didn't know it at the time but now I see what she was doing. I did not know that I was getting the bonus of a guidance counselor when I went to see her. I cannot say enough about the great experience I had with her and how much she helped me. It was more than a great resume with professional and efficient help. She lifted my morale in the process. I would be feeling so down...like I would never find a decent job. She sent emails saying things like..."you have a lot to give to an employer" or " you have some great skills and an employer is going to want you","you're going to get a great job", not exact words but that is the essence. She was right. I started getting job interview requests immediately. Within a week I had an interview with the best and most unexpected company, a place where I was so eager to be and they hired me at our first meeting. Since then I have received 3 wage raises and training in other areas of the company. I credit that to Bridget's guidance. She sent me in the right direction AND she made me look pretty good on paper! I am so happy with my job. I am keeping her contact for friends and relatives in the event that someone I love may need the same rescue that I got. She is the most valuable career resource I know. I feel that she went above and beyond for me. What a great woman she is. I'm so glad I know her.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$40/hr Resume Editing services $100 Resume Creation (Start from scratch.) $150 Resume and Cover Letter (Tailored to the current job application). Subject to change.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet with a client in person, on the phone, or on Skype. We discuss their objectives, the cost of the services, and we make a plan to meet. I have them send me a copy of their current resume, or, during the meeting we compile a list of details for their work history and experience. We also identify the type of position they hope to obtain, and using their individual skill set and experience, we tailor their resume to the job description.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have led job readiness workshops and resume writing classes in a professional setting with adults from a variety of backgrounds and abilities. I was a High School English teacher. I speak Spanish.
