Introduction: I work with individuals, couples, and children. I'm passionate about bringing peace, happiness, love, hope, security, and self-confidence back to the client and bringing out strengths the couple's relationship already has and working through the struggles they may not be aware of. Often times, clients come in feeling stuck. They don't like their career, they are struggling in their relationship, or the past is now causing pain in the present. I enjoy being on the journey through the rough and coming out to a place of peace with them. I have special interests working with Individuals and couples experiencing infertility, First Responders, & Veterans.
Therapy should be enjoyable! I utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques in my practice. It's important to me to be able to cater to the needs of my clients. Every client is different so creating individual treatment plans is important to the success of the client.
I believe the most difficult part of therapy is making that initial phone call. The rest is a conversation over a cup of tea!
Along with taking an integrated therapeutic approach with clients, I have experience working with trauma. I believe trauma can leave lingering effects that cause disruptions in ourselves and our relationships. I'm trained in EMDR. This is one effective approach to working through difficult experiences.

There is never a better feeling then when a client feels they've accomplished their goals with therapy or they feel they have built up a community with peers from support groups that they can now lean on for support.
