Zero stars is not an option, that is why this company received one. Once I received a quote, I never heard back from them to schedule an appointment even after I had sent multiple messages inquiry about how to schedule a tech to come out to my home. I eventually gave up and hired a different company who responded right away and schedule an appointment within two days of my inquiry.

The exterminator sent by Western Exterminator Company was professional and did a thorough job of assessing our problem. He has three more visits to make, and we have yet to see whether he will solve our problem (a single large rat in the kitchen, which a cat brought in before it was dead). Western did not require an ongoing subscription, which I appreciated.

Pricing for our services are calculated by the square footage of your home and your specific pest issue. It is not a one size fits all approach. We develop a special program to deal with your issues and keep your home and family protected all year long.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you contact Western, you will be connected directly with one of our highly trained residential specialists. We take a consultative approach, working in partnership with you, when making the best service recommendations for your home and family. Once you decide to move forward with the agreed upon treatment plan, a licensed technician will be assigned to your account and scheduled to work with you to eliminate your pest control concern normally within 24 to 48 hours.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our Western technicians carry licenses for the states in which they work, but are also required to pass extensive training courses internally- holding them to a higher standard than other pest control companies. These training courses allow our technicians to learn the latest and greatest methods for eliminating pests. Being a part of the largest pest control company in the world, means we have access to some of the highest quality training and knowledge in the industry. We conduct monthly internal meetings to ensure consistency throughout each and every one of our local services.
