- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to set up the appointment with the customer as soon as possible around the customers availability. Our general contractor meets with the customer, goes over the project and potential project, it takes about a week to 10 days for us to get an estimate together. After the estimate is completed, someone from the office contacts you to set up a face to face meeting to go over the detailed bid line by line.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Mike our general contractor has been in this line of work for over 15 years. He has had a hand in building and remodeling over 500 homes. In 2013 he decided to start his own business.
