FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I base my pricing off of "Real" hours worked. I'll provide an estimate for as close as I think it will be, make aware things that could come up unexpectedly, because you can't account for what might be under the surface once will you start digging into an old place. I strongly believe in keeping it honest and make sure the customer is getting what they're paying for! I believe in providing a product that will last and save the customer as much money as possible at the same time
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Establishing trust in me and my company is the number one priority. In doing so, I provide the customer with materials at the price I can get it for. This in itself is a great way to install a new and lasting impression, that I'm going to provide a service that is wanted/needed, and provide a written 100% Guarantee for the work provided for the life of the materials used. Hence the reason why I make sure it is done correctly on the first time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Landscaping design and installation... Windows and door replacement interior and exterior. I subcontract out Roofing, Foundation/concrete, felling trees, major plumbing and major electrical. I of course use reputable companies, whom I known used and trust. Also who are legal and insured as well.
