Carl is a great guy who really cares. You can really see the difference in the quality of the photos compared to the ones I took with my iPhone.
Carl went above and beyond coming back on his own to make sure the front exterior pictures were perfect as the early morning sun played havoc with the original ones.
His long previous successful real estate career was especially helpful giving me his sage wisdom on marketing my home.
