- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Im always willing to work on price. I feel my prices are very fair but in the event they are too high, let me know and we will come up with something you can afford! I promise.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have a welcome packet and we do a detailed walk thru on the first visit. I take lots of notes and use my checklists every time so you can see on paper the services you are receiving. (I also email this information). The first Cleaning is always the most detailed, but after that I get quicker and the systems start working and whole thing really is painless. This is designed to take the stress away. Not add to it! This is what you've been looking for.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I do have some college under my belt. I also studied medical assisting, real estate, timeshare sales and accounting.
