- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After receiving a message on thumbtack from a client I like to try and schedule an appointment with them to go over any questions they have and make sure that I am the right fit for what they are wanting. If they decide to hire me then I like to get a small deposit up front usually around $50 and the rest the day of the event. I then request that my clients give me a written timeline 2 weeks before the event with any special songs that they would like to have at their event, as well address and times.
