- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most of my work is done on a per hour basis. If there is a larger project in mind, I can definitely give bids with plenty of reasonable, quality options.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My contact with customers begins with a general quote for their work and then contact through multiple channels, to determine the needs of their project. I continue to stay in touch with customers through out the duration of the project and hopefully beyond. Eventually a hand shake as I thank the customer for their business.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Along with my 8 years experience in electrical contracting, in 2012 , I graduated from the apprenticeship program at the Independent Electrical Contractors school of St. Louis.
