- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get know the customer more and learn about what kind of photography they are seeking and why. I want to make sure my style of photography matches what they are looking for. We can set up a phone call and discuss further the details. If we feel we are a good fit, we can make sure the date and time doesn't get booked with a 50% retainer fee. The rest is due at the time of the photography session. I will come to the event at the set date and time, dressed professionally with my professional equipment, lighting, etc. I will take photos of the event. After the event is completed it takes up to two weeks for the photos to be edited and put into an online gallery for the customer to view. We can set up a meeting to view the photos together and talk about different print packages and products. The customer can share their gallery with friends and family all over the world. If other family members want to purchase products, the images will be mailed directly to them. Customers will also receive an app for their phone or tablet. So they can easily view, purchase and show other's their photos. I am with the customer every step, making sure the experience is fun, relaxed and professional.
