- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies based on the project type. Resumes & cover letters are priced at a flat rate, whereas content/blogs are typically charged per hour. I invoice via PayPal for client convenience.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process typically involves a brief questionnaire to get a feel for what the customer is needing. After that, I'll do a rough draft or bullet points of where I see the project going. If the customer feels like I'm on the right track I will continue to polish the draft, and if not, I'll start again based on feedback received from the customer. I welcome open communication and criticism and want to ensure the project is done in a way that most benefits the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am actively pursuing my Masters in Communications and Social Media. I work in healthcare human resources currently, and have extensive experience in resume writing, cover letters, interview skills, etc.
