Having never boxed before, just read a bit and watched some videos, I was eager to learn how to box. I was lucky enough to get in touch with Casey who was able to meet me on short notice. Over the course of two private lessons we were able to cover a lot of ground and get me started on the right foot. The rates were good value and the lessons unhurried. I found him to be knowledgeable, patient and friendly. When I am next in the Cities I will certainly get in touch with him again.

I've been working with casey training for boxing and so far he's been great. Very flexible hours and is well educated. One of the things I like about him, is he likes to go in depth and really break exercises down. He'll teach you the biomechanics of an exercise and explain what exactly you are doing to your body. Very friendly and easy to work with, 5 stars!
