- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The coaching program will be based on the needs of the client. An hourly rate will be quote. A custom program will be offered and a discount will be given if coaching program is paid in full.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will schedule a 30 minute call for a complementary session. During the call we will discuss what issues or challenges you are facing and your goals. Coaching with Growth will be determined on 3 things: 1) Your openness to shift your current situation 2) Your core values 3) Your attitude about accountability. Once the coach gets a better understanding of your needs and both parties feel this would be a great fit a custom Growth coaching action plan will be presented with a goal list to be completed and a coaching accountability agreement to be signed.
