I am extremely disappointed with the service that was offered. I booked Nathan/Minnesconsin to repair/remud and sand a 150 sq. foot area of dry way. This job was booked in early June. The first date scheduled was cancelled due to the birth of Nathan's son. I completely understood this, and had zero issues rescheduling. The 2nd date booked was once again cancelled at the last minute, had I not reached out a few days prior to the date I don't believe he would have given me any notice. The excuse offered was that his crew had a family emergency come up. I once again was understanding. I rescheduled for a 3rd time against my better judgment, the work was to take place today 7/23 and tomorrow 7/24. I received a text at 10:30 pm last night cancelling yet again with the excuse of staffing conflicts, other jobs, and a delay with closing on his home. (Which he previously assured me was complete and there would be no cancellation. I do not recommend this company. This is a side job for Nathan and it would appear from my experience that it is not very important to him.
