- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I typically charge $50 for tv mounts of any size, $75?dollars to repair software related computer problems, and $100 for a simple web page design and implementation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Try to get the person on the phone to describe the problem and get pics if possible. Things can get lost in translation when messaging back and forth. Make sure the customer understand my pricing and agrees with it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Masters in management of technology, ccna certification, Udemy course training, and hands on
