Where do I start? He was late arriving to my house. He didn't even have a stud finder when he was looking for the studs in the wall. I had to go to the grocery store but my friend was here. While I was gone, the tv was mounted on the wall but it fell off the wall. He didn't check to see if it was broken and he didn't even tell me what happened when I got back. I didn't find out it broke till he left. When I turned it on i discovered it was broken. The only good thing I have to say is that he replaced my tv without any argument. I'm grateful for that but the experience was a huge disappointment.
